We are a home-based and online nursery specialising in exotic indoor plants and rare succulents.
Rays Retail Nursery was started by us, two then students, Christopher and Adrian. Amidst the global pandemic that was Covid-19, in September 2020.
We have grown to offer a wide range of plants to suit your needs.
Fast forward to now and we are purveryors of rare and exotic indoor plants and succulents.
We strive to entertain our customers with a wide selection of plants that cater to all tastes.

How it works?
Once we have received payment we will send out your order the following Monday. This ensure the plants are not in the box for too long. Indoor Plants are shipped in their pots. Succulents are shipped bare-rooted. REMEMBER: We cannot PUDO Succulents and Indoor Plants together due to the different shipping methods.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of couriering plants, we cannot accept liability to damages or losses incurred during shipping. We make sure the plants are secured when packaged and take every precaution to prevent damage. Additionally, it is the customers responsibility to track their parcel and to ensure it is enroute to the correct location. Especially PUDO where packages are sometimes not placed in a locker due to locker shortages. Feel free to contact us regarding any courier related queries.
Rays Retail Nursery offers a 7-day cover on our plants in the event of a non-shipping related loss, e.g. death, wilt or rot. We will need photos of the plant to ensure the cause of the loss. If the loss claim is approved we will offer a replacement or a refund.
